• These were cumulatively, a near 200 and were in the form of papers in International Journals, other Papers in Conferences and symposium, Committee Reports for which I was Chairman, besides invited Key Note speeches . (Listed in my CV for INAE Fellowship).
  I have led several Committees of Technical Advisory Nature - in Government of India in the Ministry of Water Resources, Central Water Commission and later in the International Commission on Irrigation and Drainage. Also associated with The World Bank and International agencies. See below:

• World Bank supported MoWR Project on Strengthening CSMRS – Review of International Consultants’ Recommendation as Chairman of the Committee (2012)
• Expert Single Member to examine Polavaram Dam Issues appointed by Supreme Court of India (2011) and Chairman of a corresponding shadow Committe of GoI
• Consultant to Indian Ministry of Water Resources to look into Re-structuring Central Water Commission (2011) (2017)
• Governor of the World Water Council (2004-06)
• Technical Advisory Committee Member of World water Assessment Programme (UNESCO)
• Member of the Government of India’s Water Mission, in a Committee constituted by Ministry of Water Resources in response to Prime Ministers High Level Committee on Climate Change
• Member of the Government of India’s Department of Science and Technology Technical Experts Committee on Winning, Augmentation and Restoration of Water Resources (WAR for Water)
• Panelist in UN Water in Stockholm WWW 2011 on Water and Food Security

(i) Sir M. Visweswarayya Memorial Lecture in Chennai (2006),
