Showed that a plasma cannot be heated by RF fields in the spatially linear regime and nonlinearities are essential. Showed that particles in pseudo-integrable systems with time-periodic driving force can have exponential energy growth. Developed a signal processing based method to find the origin of replication in DNA sequences..
